***DuBois cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside the U.S. Entering a P.O. Box or overseas address will cause a delay in shipping and may cause your order to be canceled if we cannot obtain an alternate address.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS
DuBois Recommends having orders placed no later than 1:00 PM on the following dates to ensure delivery before December 25th, 2025
BASIC SHIPPING: December 16
UPGRADED SHIPPING: December 17
2-Day SHIPPING: December 20
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: December 22
(Local deliveries selecting Basic Shipping will likely be delivered in a little as 1-3 days, even around holidays, but shipping delays can occur and are not in our control.)
PICK-UP IN STORE
Orders marked "Pick-Up In Store" are typically ready the next business day. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Returns
DuBois happily accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new & saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, odorless, undamaged, tags still attached.) Original receipt required.
*Dated, championship, bowl, CFP, and special event merchandise (including sale-priced, clearance, and otherwise discounted items) are not exchangeable or refundable.
*White items purchased on or before a White-out game-day, Black items purchased on or before a Black-out game-day, and Red items purchased on or before a Wear-Red game-day are not exchangeable or refundable.
*Graduation Regalia (cap, gown, tassels, etc.) are not exchangeable or refundable.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
